- No charges for a check-out time of up to 2pm in unavoidable circumstances.
- 50% of the room rate will be charged for a check-out between 2pm and 6pm.
- In the case of a check-out beyond 6pm, a full day's charge is applicable.

- Children below 5 years of age will be entitled to free accommodation without an extra bed.
- Children above 5 years of age will be charged for an extra bed and breakfast.

- Cancellations made with 15 days notice, 90 per cent of the amount will be refunded.
