The Taj Mahal is the most beautiful building in the world. It was built by Emperor Shah Jahan, in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj, who died while delivering her fourteenth child.
Today, the Taj has been rated as the most perfect building by modern architects from all over the world. A Persian, Italian and a French artist designed The Taj Mahal. It took 22 years for 20,000 workers to build this great monument of love.
Day 1: Arrival at Delhi or Agra. Guests will be received at the airport (as per flight schedules). Drive from Delhi to Agra by A/C car. It is approximately 220 km from Delhi and the drive will take around four to five hours.
On arrival, transfer to the hotel for rest. Visit to Agra fort, later in the day.
The evening is free for guests to explore Agra's rich heritage and to take a look at the famous handicrafts. Night stay in Agra.
Day 2: Sunrise visit the magnificent Taj Mahal.
After breakfast, guests are given free time for shopping, if time permits. Later, they will be driven back to Delhi. Transport to airport.
